Realme, a Chinese smartphone brand targeting overseas markets, is expanding distribution channels nationwide to win more domestic users, the company said in Beijing yesterday. The startup brand plans 300 outlets nationwide. Realme, which has more than 17 million users globally, added 7 million users in the past three months following its Chinese expansion. In the long term, it plans to have more than 30 million users globally with the domestic market contributing a major portion, said Xu Qi, the firm’s chief marketing officer.
